RedLine machines comprise a new segment of thermoformers in an attractive price-performance ratio. ILLIG BlueLine production systems remain the global benchmark for high-performance thermoforming machines. ILLIG offers the usual high quality and safety standards for both product segments.

1. Open System in Production Line

Die RedLine RDF 85 is an open modular prodution system. Depending on requirements, the foil unwinding unit can be configured with or without preheating unit. Various stacking systems can be integrated downstream of the forming and die-cutting unit.

2. Open Tool Interface

With the RedLine RDF 85, ILLIG implements the concept of an adaptive variable tool interface and enables the use of tools from different manufacturers. Third-party tools both in the forming station and in the steel strip punching machine can be installed in the RDF 85 by means of adapters. For this purpose, ILLIG offers the appropriate tool installation strips.

3. High Variability with Applications (Formed Parts)

The RedLine RDF 85 is designed in such a way that the system allows a wide range of application variants up to a drawing depth of 120 mm.

4. Variable Heating Length

Depending on the material to be processed (PS, PET or PP) and the material thickness, ILLIG offers two heater lengths of 1,865 mm and 3,105 mm for the RedLine RDF 85.

5. Flexible Stacking Systems

Flexible End-Of-Line (EOL) solutions are available for the RedLine RDF 85. Depending on customer requirements, stacking up or down, with or without counting device in the two-axis handling system can be configured.
