With the XLU family, ILLIG presents a newly developed, modular machine concept for laminating pulp and cardboard packaging as well as labeling of plastic trays. The three machine types PLU, CLU and TLU are specialists for three different applications.

PLU 40
Pulp Lamination Unit

For laminating formed parts made of pulp with a thin laminating film.

Modules:

Magazine for holding formed parts (format independent) incl. handling
Lamination/punching unit
Stacking and discharge conveyor

CLU 40
Cardboard Lamination Unit

For forming and laminating parts made of cardboard with a thin laminating film.

Cardboard forming unit/sealing unit incl. Handling
Lamination/punching unit
Stacking and discharge conveyor

TLU 40
Tray Labeling Unit

For joining formed parts made of plastic with a
cardboard label.
