ILLIG wins new orders in Brazil, China and Europe
Heilbronn, May 25, 2023 – ILLIG Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG was able to win important new orders for thermoforming and packaging systems worth double-digit millions of euros within just a few weeks between March and May of this year. The technology specialist from Heilbronn, Germany, will be delivering several thermoforming lines to customers in Brazil and China.

ILLIG presents the new XLU series based on the PLU 40
The thermoforming and packaging specialist ILLIG is adding three new machine types to its product portfolio with the XLU series. The XLU series is a modularly designed machine concept, including the machine variants PLU (Pulp Lamination Unit), CLU (Cardboard Lamination Unit) and TLU (Tray Labeling Unit). The solutions for lamination and labeling are designed primarily for the food and cosmetics industries.

Focus on flexibility and sustainability
ILLIG Maschinenbau will be presenting their latest in innovative and versatile approaches to future-thinking packaging solutions at this year’s Interpack in Düsseldorf from May 4 to 10, 2023. You’ll get to see two different versions of a cardboard blister pack produced live on their HSU 650. ILLIG will show how different materials can be flexibly employed in their packaging development in the form of a tray in five different material combinations.
