Der Heilbronner Maschinenbauer ILLIG wird seinen Ende 2023 gestarteten Eigenkapital- und Restrukturierungsprozess mit dem Einstieg eines erfahrenen und auf Sondersituationen spezialisierten deutschen Mittelstandsinvestors erfolgreich abschließen. Im Zuge des im April 2024 eingeleiteten Sanierungsverfahrens in Eigenverwaltung gelang es dem Unternehmen, zusammen mit den Sanierungsexperten von Grub Brugger (Stuttgart) und dem Sachwalter Dr. Tibor Braun der IBK Illig Braun Kirschnek Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB (Stuttgart), eine Investorenlösung zur Fortführung des Geschäftsbetriebs und zur strategischen Neuausrichtung des Unternehmens zu finden.

New RDF 85 XL thermoforming system with Sencorp 2500 tool compatibility
Heilbronn, 25.04.2023 | At the NPE Plastics Show from May 6 to 10 in Orlando, Florida, the German machine builder ILLIG will be presenting an extensive portfolio of thermoforming and packaging solutions. In addition to classic packaging solutions, such as cups, lids, capsules or clamshell packaging, this year's trade fair appearance will also focus on heavy gauge thermoformed parts, which are used in the automotive industry or for logistics solutions. ILLIG's latest product innovation is the RDF 85 XL thermoforming system, which has been developed to meet market requirements in North and Central America.

ILLIG continues equity and restructuring process as part of self-administered restructuring proceedings
The Heilbronn-based mechanical engineering company ILLIG is continuing its equity capitalization and restructuring process as part of its self-administered restructuring proceedings (equal to a chapter 11 according to the US law). The Heilbronn Local Court today accepted the company's filing. The self-administration will be led by the existing management and supported by the restructuring expert Jochen Sedlitz and his team of GRUB BRUGGER (Stuttgart).
