ILLIG presents the new XLU series based on the PLU 40
The thermoforming and packaging specialist ILLIG is adding three new machine types to its product portfolio with the XLU series. The XLU series is a modularly designed machine concept, including the machine variants PLU (Pulp Lamination Unit), CLU (Cardboard Lamination Unit) and TLU (Tray Labeling Unit). The solutions for lamination and labeling are designed primarily for the food and cosmetics industries.

Focus on flexibility and sustainability
ILLIG Maschinenbau will be presenting their latest in innovative and versatile approaches to future-thinking packaging solutions at this year’s Interpack in Düsseldorf from May 4 to 10, 2023. You’ll get to see two different versions of a cardboard blister pack produced live on their HSU 650. ILLIG will show how different materials can be flexibly employed in their packaging development in the form of a tray in five different material combinations.

ILLIG to showcase RDF 85
ILLIG Maschinenbau, a global supplier of packaging and thermoforming machines, will be giving live demonstrations of its new RDF 85 RedLine thermoforming line for the first time from April 17 to 24, 2023, at Chinaplas in Shenzhen. With its new versatile thermoforming system, ILLIG has made it possible to use third-party tools, setting new standards in terms of flexibility.

World Premiere of the UAF
Heilbronn, Germany, Feb. 2, 2023 – ILLIG Maschinenbau, one of the world's leading technology providers for packaging and thermoforming machines, will be unveiling its latest sheet-processing thermoforming machine, the UAF, on March 22, 2023. The new system for forming technical parts will be showcased at the ILLIG Technology Day at its company headquarters in Heilbronn. The UAF is already the second technological innovation in just six months brought to market by ILLIG.

Die ILLIG Ausbildungsabteilung nimmt mit einem eigenen Messestand seit Jahren regelmäßig an der Veranstaltung teil. Auszubildende der breit gefächerten Ausbildungsberufe bei ILLIG sind die Botschafter in eigener Sache. Sie führen mit den interessierten Schülerinnen und Schülern informative Gespräche auf Augenhöhe.
