Forming innovative wallet blisters on the HSU 650
Presented for the first time at the Fachpack 2022, the HSU 650 is the optimal solution for perfectly executed and sustainable cardboard packaging. At regular intervals throughout the day, you will see how the HSU 650 packages STABILO highlighters in stand-up, high-quality printed wallet blisters with easy opening features. We’ll show you attractive marketing possibilities at the point of sale using two cardboard design variants.
Introducing the XLU
Our newly developed XLU product family expands the ILLIG RedLine segment and includes three different machine types. The CLU, PLU and TLU can laminate and label cardboard and pulp trays. The lamination layer simultaneously ensures maximum product protection and guarantees the integrity of the package. Gases are prevented from entering or escaping, keeping contents safe and free from contamination, moisture and oils. We will demonstrate lamination of pulp trays with very thin bio-based and conventional plastic film.

Our packaging experts will also be on-site in Düsseldorf. Featuring several new packaging samples, we’ll be happy to show you our full range of options and give you our take on current developments and trends.
