Code of Conduct
As the ILLIG Group, we are committed to upholding our social responsibility. Our actions comply with compliance regulations. We hold ourselves, totally and uncompromisingly, to ethical principles, applicable law, our company values and all internal rules. The following behavioral principles listed in this Code of Conduct are binding for all employees, shareholders, suppliers and partners of the ILLIG Group.
Reporting a compliance case
It is important to us to uncover and clarify irregular behavior. That is why we have set up a whistleblower system. Employees, business partners and third parties can report irregular behavior at any time. Human rights-related and environmental reports can also be submitted.
As a whistleblower, you can contact the ILLIG management, the Compliance Officer Mr. Wolfgang Weilmann, or the ILLIG Human Resources Department at any time by telephone, in writing or in person. In addition, we have set up a central e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. Only the managing directors and the Compliance Officer have access to this address. Your comments will be treated in strict confidence.
We are very keen on open communication. That is why we encourage you to give us your name when making reports. You can be assured that we will treat your information confidentially and that you will not suffer any disadvantages if you report irregular behavior to the best of your knowledge and belief.
