Horizontal trimming saws are used for clamping edge trimming on thermoformed parts. After trimming there is an edgeless part which can be used in many different ways. Indexing is performed by a conveyor. This conveyor makes the trimming saw suitable for single operation and also for interlinkage with thermoformers. Working widths of the horizontal trimming saws are based on the forming areas of ILLIG thermoformers. Trimming saws from 650 mm to 2000 mm working width featuring passage heights from 400 mm to 1000 mm are available for different trimming requirements.
