Whether pressure forming or vacuum forming, there is the perfect tool for every requirement. Synchronized with pre-stretcher design the optimum deep-drawing mold is built for the respective system. In this way good drawing behavior of the materials is ensured as well as uniform wall thickness distribution.
A well-balanced cooling system in the tool ensures uniform, optimum tool temperature and thus absolute repeat accuracy of the parts. Height adjustment of bottom (for different volumes without tool change) or date embossing in cup bottom (quick-change type) are only two out of many design options.

As a rule sealing tools are split in three and consist of upper part, lower part and sealing electrode made of NB1 or special steel. The geometry of the sealing bead, i.e. the actually sealing part of this electrode, determines as to whether a container is really sealed but still so-called "easy peeling" of the lid material is possible and whether the sealing is also tight. Equipped with or without tear flap, with bead or wavered sealing rim, the tools are always adjusted to cup design and material used.

Punching tools are the core element of a tool set and due to requirements with respect to precision, punching contour and durability under high stress they are designed down to the last detail and built in a stable way. Most different punching variants, from simple punch and die trimming through to sophisticated contour cuts make highest demands with respect to material and design.
